Microsoft has announced new features and price changes for Office 365 and Microsoft 365, set to take effect in 2026. Updates include adding Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 to E3 licenses, introducing additional Intune capabilities to Microsoft 365 E3 and E5, and increasing mailbox storage by 50 GB for Microsoft 365 Business plans.
New features will be added to the SKUs in 2026. In the meantime, price adjustments ranging from 5% to 33% will take effect on July 1, 2026, for both new and renewing subscriptions across commercial and not for profit customers.
