Microsoft has announced new features and price changes for Office 365 and Microsoft 365, set to take effect in 2026. Updates include adding Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 to E3 licenses, introducing additional Intune capabilities to Microsoft 365 E3 and E5, and increasing mailbox storage by 50 GB for Microsoft 365 Business plans.
In March we announced that the pricing change was coming, and as of today (22nd June 2026) we now have the new pricing that we can share. We understand that these changes are never welcomed news, however we have no option but pass on the new pricing. The new pricing will take effect on July 1, 2026, for both new and renewing subscriptions across commercial and not for profit customers.

All other MS products have also had pricing adjustment, if a product that you are on is not listed above, please reach out and we can confirm your specific case.
We do offer a shared email offering as a cheaper alternative starting from $250 a year for 10 users, 10 GB. While the Office 365 offering is superior (such as shared calendars, larger quotas and included one drive), the share email offering may meet your email needs if the new pricing places undue stress on your business. We can assist with migration of email etc if required.
