Email settings

While you can use your domain as the incoming and outgoing server, in order to use SSL, please use mail.ic-hosting.com.au as the certificate is issued to this name. These settings will work in Outlook, thunderbird, iOS Mail, Android mail, and pretty much any other email Client.

Incoming Settings

Type: IMAP is recommended

Port: 143 TLS or 993 SSL

Incoming server: mail.ic-hosting.com.au

Username: your email address

Password: Strong password is recommended

Outgoing Settings:

Port: 25 TLS or 465 SSL or 8080 is ISP blocks SMTP ports

Incoming server: mail.ic-hosting.com.au

Server Requires Authentication: YES

Username: your email address (same as incoming)

Password: Strong password is recommended (same as incoming)
