Due to change in MS terms, all subscriptions are a rolling 1 year commitment from signup/renewal. Each Licence/User/Mailbox has its own signup and commitment length.

• If a mailbox subscription is cancelled after 1 month, you will still need to pay for another 11, same if cancelled it after 13 months, there will be another 11 months due. I do not agree with this, and it is completely against SaaS principles. But, it is what Microsoft have done. eg
